YADA is registered on May 25th, 2001 in the Local Court 2 of Skopje under reg. Number 25/2001. YADA is also registered by the Associations of the Citizens of RM, where it holds a separate status and works independently from other organizations and institutions.

YADA's Assembly consists of 25 members, all of which possess different profiles: graduated dentists, doctors, pedagogues, chemists, and economists - yet all of different age and nationality.

YADA's Executive Staff is elected by the Assembly and it has a four-year term:

Scientific board

The Scientific Board was joined by some renowned professors from the Faculty of Dentistry in Skopje. One of the most active among them is Prof. Dr. Mile Carcev, an expert in Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry.
